Crepe Delicious

In order to enhance the public reputation of Crepe Delicious within the franchising industry, PMG has assembled a fully-integrated publicity campaign, positioning it as a healthy eating choice for consumers and a highly profitable business for franchisees. PMG has solidified coverage in industry trade publications such as the Canadian Business Franchise, as a means to attract potential business opportunities. PMG has also secured coverage in major media outlets such as Breakfast Television and the Toronto Star as a way to attract more consumers. PMG promoted all components of the Crepe Delicious brand, announcing the launch of new outlets across Canada, its charitable alliance with Breakfast for Learning, its advocacy of wellness and its leadership under founder Oded Yefet. PMG arranged a cross promotion with former Canadian Idol Scotty Newlands, as he performs at all of the in-mall launches and charity events. For instance, at a successful grand opening in Coquitlam, BC, Scotty did a musical performance with the Mayor, generating press coverage in all of the local newspapers. PMG has assembled an extensive social media campaign designed to drive traffic to the official www.crepedelicious.com website, enhancing the number of online hits, followers and fans. With the support of Breakfast for Learning, Crepe Delicious has taken on a national relevance, feeding children and youth across the country so that they could attend school on a full stomach and ready to learn. PMG also helped to secure partnerships with major organizations such as Trump Towers International for event catering opportunities.

The Blake House

In order to publicize The Blake House as Toronto’s leading restaurant for contemporary all-Canadian comfort food, PMG promotes it as one of the last standing heritage structures in Toronto, mixing 19th century Victorian and Second Empire architecture. Originally occupied by Ontario’s second premiere, the honourable Edward Blake, The Blake House has been restored to a contemporary establishment while maintaining its authentic charm. PMG raises public awareness for its menu of all-things Canadian, focusing on fresh locally procured ingredients; its world-class chef; its all-Canadian wine and ale list; its signature drink; and its spring/summer outdoor patio facility.   To date, PMG has solidified media coverage for The Blake House in Toronto Life, Where Magazine, FutuReale Magazine, on blogTO and CityNews.ca, only to name a few. We had its chef appear on Rogers Daytime Toronto to demonstrate how to make the perfect Thanks Giving dinner in the comfort of your own home. PMG also manages all of The Blake House’s social media, sending out regular messages on Twitter and Facebook, driving consumers to the official website, recipes, cooking tips, photos and meal ideas. During major events such as the Toronto International Film Festival and Gay Pride Parade, PMG positions The Blake House as a haven for festival goers to get away from the hustle and bustle, while just a short walk away from the activities.

Harlem & The Harlem Underground

In order to publicize Harlem Restaurant’s both locations, Harlem and Harlem Underground, PMG promoted its vibrant soulful tastes and rich textures, fusing ethnic and tropical cuisine with a blend of Afro-American/Afro-Caribbean inspired dishes. Harlem was the first establishment under its umbrella, while PMG generated media attention for the official launch of Harlem Underground. PMG brought attention to its world-class Chef Anthony Mair; its inspiration from the Harlem Renaissance of the 1920’s; and its rebirth of creativity in Food, Art, Music and Cocktails. It is now known as one of Toronto’s celebrated destinations for live music and entertainment, art exhibitions, film and media events. To date, PMG solidified press hits and reviews for Harlem in numerous publications, one of most significance – Toronto Life. We booked chef Anthony Mair on Breakfast Television Toronto and Rogers Daytime Toronto to demonstrate how food lovers can make their own southern inspired dish at home. Harlem also received coverage in Toronto Star and Eye Weekly. PMG also managed all of Harlem’s social media, sending out regular messages on Twitter and Facebook, driving consumers to the official website, recipes, cooking tips, photos and meal ideas. During major events such as the Toronto International Film Festival, PMG partnered the venue with the Jamaican consulate for 3 years, raising public awareness about the Caribbean film industry, bringing it to the international market. We have also arranged in-house performances with Barbados’ leading musician Kitorah, former Sugar Jones’ Maiko Watson and Liberty Silver.
