In celebration of Toronto’s 182nd birthday, Myseum of Toronto will be launching its inaugural festival of free exhibits exploring the city’s natural, cultural and historical diversity on March 6, 2016. To celebrate the opening, Myseum of Toronto is hosting a launch event at the QRC West Building (362 Richmond Street West) from 3 PM to 6 PM. In venues across the city, Myseum Intersections will tell Toronto’s stories through art, architecture, performances, and exhibits, while highlighting the history of social change alongside current trends. Partners will include Heritage Toronto, major cultural institutions such as the Art Gallery of Ontario, The Power Plant, and the Gardiner Museum, alongside community venues such as Enoch Turner Schoolhouse and Daniels Spectrum. Programming ranges from historic to contemporary issues presented via exhibits, events and interactive community experiences.

Myseum Intersections launches on March 6, 2016 – Toronto’s birthday – and runs through March 31, 2016.
