Featured in the August 31, 2013 issue of Wine Spectator Magazine, Opus is one of 73 restaurants from around the world that was presented with this award recognizing such a high level of overall excellence. Other prestigious restaurants and wine directors on this list include Thomas Keller of New York’s Per Se, Stéphane Jan of Paris’ Le Taillevent, and Maurizio Tafani of Florence, Italy’s Enoteca Pinchiorri.

Since joining Opus in 2001, Executive Chef Jason Cox has since become synonymous with the restaurant, known for crafting creative dishes that pair perfectly with the restaurant’s wine list and clientele. With a distinct focus on seasonally fresh ingredients, he strives to ensure that the patrons of Opus have the best ingredients, may it be fresh fish, meat, and produce.
